At first, I was hesitant to do business with any of the Jeff Wyler dealerships because of the things I've heard (or friends have experienced) about Jeff and his son (arrogant, pompous, pretentious), the se Jeff Wyler dealerships because of the things I've heard (or friends have experienced) about Jeff and his son (arrogant, pompous, pretentious), the sell, sell, sell mentality of management, and the "take-'em-for-all-they-are-worth" approach of the service department. However, I took a chance and stopped by their Eastgate Nissan dealership. I have nothing but good things to say about the people with whom I did business: Larry Moore (Salesman), Mike Jesper (Sales Manager), and Mike Brese (finance/contract guy). Larry Moore was flat out awesome. He was low-key, nicely mannered, and very professional. He stayed in touch with me, worked to find the right car, and always seemed to be willing to do whatever to help me. He knew the cars and didn't pressure me. In my opinion, his personality fits his job perfectly. I would guess that most people would be thankful, if not relieved, to get Larry as their salesman. Mike Jesper, at first, concerned me because I thought he would go off in the "typical" wheeler-dealer mode and really pressure me to “close the deal.” I couldn’t have been more wrong. The guy was pleasant, really seemed to enjoy what he was doing, and made me feel very good about the deal. His personality really comes alive when he’s working with customers. Mike Brese was also very professional. My interaction with Mike was somewhat brief (i.e., signing contract/finance documents), but Mike was very nice and extremely helpful in explaining various issues and options. I’ll admit, I have a lot of anxiety about getting the car serviced at Jeff Wyler. However, based on my experiences with the sales team, I’ll likely give them a try. I’ll be back with a review of my experience. Closing thought (from my perspective): I think Larry, Mike and Mike could be all the more successful if they didn’t have the public perceptions and “word on the street” about the Wylers and their management style. I had a great experience at this dealer. Joe Reinhold was very willing to help us narrow down our search for a new SUV. He showed us different options on comparable models. Lou was great worked with my husband in finding a lower cost, fuel effecient used auto. There were suppose to be some cleaning done to the car before we picked it up. The cleaning was never done and we took the car home and had to pay someone else to clean the inside. That disappointed us. However, we would recommend Lou Lander, our sales person,(Jeff Wyler) to anyone that is in need of a nice used vehicle. Lou has gone above and beyond the average salesperson, he has called to check on the car, sent us emails and even cards and notes to check on our children. I give Lou Landers KUDOS for his outstanding customer service. I praise Jeff Wyler for allowing Lou to service customers on a personal level. Keep up the great work and give Lou a raise! More
The dealership stocked with a variety of cars to choose from. Test driving a car took a matter of minutes for my salesperson Scott to grab the keys. Not only was Scott Huber an incredible salesperson, but the other salespeople in the dealership took the time to entertain my daughter when she would head over to their desk. I was expecting someone to shun my 3 year old, but it just didn't happen. They were fantastic. When Scott closed the deal, it was very personable. My wife and I felt comfortable the entire time. Some dealerships either get on the offensive or defensive rather quickly when it comes to price; Scott did not. I will always have great things to say about Jeff Wyler and Scott Huber from this experience. More

I was looking for a new Chevrolet Cobalt and I stop in at Jeff Wyler and I was greeted by Jerry Smith. He took me and my wife to look at new cars and he was very knowlegeable about the car we were looking at Jeff Wyler and I was greeted by Jerry Smith. He took the time to explain everything with us from the time we looked at the cars and all the way up to where we purchased the vehicle. We also had an extra item installed in the car and he made the item was installed with no probems. After that purchase, my son turned 16 and we were looking for a nice used car for my son and I called Jeery and he had a vehicle there that was within our budget. He took the car and had the dealer detail it and it was done to perfection. I would recommend others to purchase vehicles from there because of the wow customer service that they give. I was very pleased with the two vehicles that I purchased from there. More
I bought my car almost 3 years ago now. I searched for months before I went to Jeff Wyler Eastgate. I had filed bankruptcy and it was very recently discharged. All the other dealerships I went to either told me they couldn't help me or they completely wasted my time. When I walked into Wyler, Jerry Smith was fabulous! I've never really trusted car salesmen before but he proved to me that some most definately can be trusted! He bent over backwards to find me a car that I could afford, that my father would approve of, that I would like. And he did all this without making me get a co-signer. He had me approved for the loan before he even had a car on the lot that suited my needs and then called everytime he got another car that fit my budget, until we found my Kia. To this day he makes sure to call from time to time and check in and make sure everything is good. I will definately be sure to take my business back to Jerry at Jeff Wyler and refer him to everyone I know that is looking to buy a used car! More
Our salesman answered our questions and when we came back the next day to make our dfinal ecision,he again was helpful, but not pushy. We were uncertain as to what type of vehicle we wanted at first and he was patient - let us test drive what we wanted and found info out we requested. We talked about mileage and he helped compare among vehicles. It always seems like it takes forever to buy a car, but it was not too long - and they worked w/us on the price. Even helped my kids figure out how to work the DVD player. It was not painful - which in the past at other dealers- it has been. More
