Our experience overall was a good one. If I said I wanted to buy another car would someone call me back right away?? I am concerned about response time I suppose you could say. Keith took great care of us while we shopped for a new Town and Country. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle when so many sales people are not. The Chrysler store had a great area for the kids to enjoy while we talked. They also did not mind letting the kids explore the other show room cars to keep them busy. Keith followed up appropriately without bugging us. We also appreciated that he took the time to go over the numbers with us in detail so we knew exactly where everything was coming from. By the time we went to Finance we were very comfortable and confident in our decision. More
i found a used car from cars.com and filled out the form. I was contacted by matt to help with my buy. After calling in I spoke with Joe. I told Joe I would be driving 200 miles 1 way so I needed confirmation of if we had a deal or not prior to the trip. He took all my info SSN bank info etc. and told me he would call me back once he spoke with the sales mgr and teh finanace mgr. About half an hour passed and I received a call from Joe letting me know it was a go and the terms I needed were not an issue. I took a day off of work and drove 200 miles 1 way to visit east gate. Upon arrival was put into an office and left sitting there with my wofe for 30 minutes before a sales manager stopped in to see if we where being helped. We said no and he asked if we had even seen the car yet again the answer was no. He apologised and got the keys taking us outside to see it. We waited outside for 15 - 20 mins for a test drive but no one ever came out. We wander back in to be placed into an office again for 30 mins. The manager again asks how the test drive was and we let him know we hadnt done that yet. He again apologised and hunted down our salesman. Finally we got the test drive. The salesman came past a few times as we sat and waited stating he was hooking us up with a good deal and they were almost done with our paper work and congratilated us on the new car. We were excited to be done with it and drive off. Finally he comes back and lets us know he can not make the deal and that our trade which books for 13,489 they were willing to give 8,000 stating they had to put 2000 into it to sell it. I asked where the 2000 would be spent as it is a very low mile 06 explorer loaded with leather in mint conditiion and new tires. He said he had no idea but thats what he was told. We were told he could make teh deal if we could find another 8000 in cash or items from our home to trade as they accept anything as a trade. I still cant beleive that I was out right lied to and wasted a 400 mile round trip to be treated like that and no car deal. Its absolutely unreal. I wouldnt expect this type of outcome from even a low budget car dealer let alone a lot as big as Wyler. More

My wife and I were out looking for a used car to buy for her to go back to school with. We were fortunate to have a family member that sold cars at one time. He had us check out Jeff Wyler Eastgate because he had seen a car that we were looking for at a great price on the internet. He had spoken with Jerry Smith and told him we were on our way to see him. When we arrived we asked for Jerry and he had already pulled the car we were looking for around so it would be available for us to look at. He made us feel right at home and treated us like we have never been treated at a dealership before. This was the first time we have never been pressured or felt like we were being taking advantage of. We were very happy with every step of the buying process. We highly recommend Jerry Smith as a salesperson and even though we live 50 miles away, we will look for him again on our next vehicle purchase. More

The first weekend, I washed the car and noticed a small door ding. Having never parked the car next to any other car, I called Larry Moore (my salesman) to see if they would fix the ding at no cost. Larry looked into it and got back to me the next day, saying that they would be happy to take care of the ding. WOW! More
I really appreciated the help we go from Keith. He was very informative but not overbearing. I hate that from sales people. I was a little surprised the vehicle we bought that was in the showroom was no very informative but not overbearing. I hate that from sales people. I was a little surprised the vehicle we bought that was in the showroom was not cleaned on the inside. It was a demo vehicle and had all kinds of smudges and marks throughout. It was cleaned before we drove it home but that was not a good first impression. More
