we first went in to look at a nissan cube and samir was our salesman. i was not very satified with him, because he did not tell me very much @ all about the car. and he was also a bit pushy. well we then s our salesman. i was not very satified with him, because he did not tell me very much @ all about the car. and he was also a bit pushy. well we then started to work with david barnheart. my wife and i both really really liked working with him. he was really nice and made everything really easy. so we picked out the car that we wanted and we agreed on a price. but we did not do it that day because we we going to participate in the CASH FOR CLUNKERS program. so we went home and the next day david called me back and said that he had made a mistake, jeff wyler had added some options that he did not know about and the price of the cars was going to be 1500 dollars more than we had previously agreed upon. and the bad thing was that these "options" were not listed anywhere on the sticker price. well needless to say, i was NOT happy. so we were going to try and work it out, i went in to talk to a manager, and he was to busy to talk to me. i called david about four times to try and talk to his manager, but somehow every time it did not work out beacause once again, the manager was "too busy". so i finally called and bypassed david and went straight to the nissan sales manager. what do you know, this time he had time to talk to me! we finally settled on a price and he then set me up with john yeager, who sold me my cube. bottom line = i will probably never go back to jeff wyler to buy a new car. and i would not recommend them to any one either. now i see most people have had good experiances, and good for them. but mine was not smooth and not very pleasent. i dont know if it was because it was early on in the cash for clunkers program or what, but i was not satisfied! I purchased a Mazda 6 and a Mazda CX9 on the same day from Jeff Wyler Mazda. I worked with David and Joe through the internet before coming in to meet with them onsite. These guys are great. They had the vehicles I wanted ready for me to test drive as soon as I walked in the door. I met with David and Joe at 5:30 that evening and drove away with both new cars at 10:00 pm that night. These guys did eveything they could to make things go smoothly and make this one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in purchasing any vehicle. I highly recommend that you work with Jeff Wyler for any of your automotive needs! More
As a former auto mechanic and very (even overly) particular about my cars, I was very apprehensive about having someone service my new Nissan. Simply, I was concerned about high-cost, low-quality service. Plus, I had heard so many bad stories about high-pressure sales tactics and abrupt service managers at various dealerships and service shops. With that mental “baggage,” I recently went to the Jeff Wyler Eastgate Nissan dealership for an oil change and checkup. My apprehension and concerns were totally dispelled! Bryan Barger and B.K. Kasten (service advisors) were awesome. Both gentlemen were pleasant to talk with and very professional about arranging the service, complying with my requests, and putting me at ease about having the service performed. Simply, they gave the impression that both I and my business were important to them. Bob Skit (mechanic) was excellent. There were no signs of oil spills or fingerprints on the exterior or interior of the car, including the engine compartment and undercarriage. Lastly, the price was very fair. I’ll be going back! More

It was a great day as we drove away with our used/new truck. Sadly we drove a few miles and realized we were almost out of gas. We kinda felt that should have been taken care of before we left. And we did inquire as to how someone washs a truck and doesnt even touch the inner bed. Scott did offer to take it back and have them do that but we just laughed and said it was fine. As it stand now we would go back to the same dealer again. Scott and the young man working with him were very nice and didnt seem to keep any secrets. They seemed to explain everything. Just wish we would have had some gas. More
John Yeager was our primary salesperson when we first went in and test drove. He was very pleasant and not at all pushy. Both were very pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend either dealing with John in person, or David via the internet. More
The reasons for my rating is that Lou listened to my needs & paid attn. to what I could afford. He worked hard to combine the two and was courteous through the whole process. Samir was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional regarding the Nissan Rogue that we purchased. We worked through the negotiations on a lease which took some time but in the end was acceptable to bo regarding the Nissan Rogue that we purchased.
