i recently purchased a 2010 kia soul black dragon edition and have been very happy with it, prior to buying at jeff wyler i dealt with jake sweeney kia and kings automall kia and noone was willing to take th and have been very happy with it, prior to buying at jeff wyler i dealt with jake sweeney kia and kings automall kia and noone was willing to take the time to make sure i was happy and comfortable with my purchase besides kyle, he is a very valuable asset to your sales department. not only was he the only person that was willing offer a deal i couldn't refuse, at first i had some hesitation about the leather seats (feared they would crack) and the vinyl decal (feared it would come off) ... kyle showed no hestitation to walk me to the service center where my concerns were eventually lifted. kyle even went the extra mile to keep in contact with me until i was able to pick up the car and give my status reports via email, over the phone, and in person. I can say now that i am very happy with my purchase and the experience i have had a jeff wyler and will be a repeat customer. Also in my dealings with the car service staff (questions and the clinic they put on ) i've been very much encouraged that courteous and friendly staff still exist. More
