The overall experience was great. I found the car we needed online in the inventory search, & did a chat session online. We got a quote back from Kyle in a very timely manner. I'd definetly recommend this Jeff Wyler Dealership. Recently and in the past, Myself and friends have had bad experiences with Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence, Ky. If they were half the staff this one is in Eastgate, they would be better. This is true for all their salepersons. Your dealership there in Eastgate is a very professionally ran place. This is my second vehicle bought from Jeff Wyler Eastgate, and won't be the last. More

My son is getting ready to turn 16 in September so I have been looking to purchase a new car. I already own a 2005 Kia Spectra 5 and have been very satisfied with the car so I thought I would look into purch been looking to purchase a new car. I already own a 2005 Kia Spectra 5 and have been very satisfied with the car so I thought I would look into purchasing another Kia. I wanted to get something a little bigger but still affordable. In doing some research on-line, I ended up going to a Kia dealership close to my house. The salesmen there were friendly enough. I gave them my name and number. Told them what I was looking for and asked him to call me if he was able to locate one. After a few days, my father informed me that Jeff Wyler had a Kia dealership so I went out there with him to see what they had available. I was only on the lot 1 minute when Shawn Moore came over to greet me. My father wanted me to look at a car that Dodge offered so we were between the Dodge and Kia part of the parking lot. I asked Shawn a few questions about the Dodge. He got a key and allowed me to look inside the car. After sitting in it I decided it was not the car for me. I then asked Shawn if we could go over and look at the Sorentos that I came for. He walked me into the showroom where 4 salesmen were sitting and asked if there were more of the Sorentos in the back for us to look at and NONE of those men got up to help me. As a person who is in sales myself I was not very impressed with there overall attitude towards me and my father. The men indicated to Shawn (who sells more of the Dodge products) that they were in the back and went back to there conversation. Had Shawn not been so helpful I probably would have left at that point. Moving on, we did go to the back of the lot and look through all the Sorentos to find ones that were in my price point with the options that I wanted. We located one and Shawn went and got the keys and we all took it for a test drive. I was in love with "her". It was everything I wanted and more...remote start. Yea! Anyhow, Shawn took my father and I inside to meet with Troy Hammer. I explained to both Troy and Shawn that I had to file for bankruptcy 2 years ago so I was a little worried about the process of getting a loan. Troy was very calm and explained the process of pulling my credit and searching for me a loan that fit my needs. I felt very at easy with both of them helping me. It was late in the evening at this point and unfortunatley some of the lenders were not available to give me an offer on the loan. The offers that did come in well over where I wanted to be as far as interest rates go. Troy explained that the next day he would be able to get more offers for me and said he would talk to me in the morning. He did call me and we were able to find a loan that "worked" along with me putting some money down to keep me within my budget. Shawn was off that day but he came in and stayed with me as they put my loan together. I was to say the least nervous about the whole process. Shawn stayed and remained calm and reassuring the whole time. I left that night feeling VERY happy with the service and attention I got from him. I drove my new car all weekend as felt very blessed that I was able to stand on my own 2 feet and get a car that I really loved. On Monday, the most amazing thing happened....Troy called and said he was still working on my loan and was able to get me an even lower interest rate! I was completely floored!! They already had my loan and my money and here he was still trying to make me even happier (I didnt think that was possible). My payments went down even more and all I had to do was resign the papers! This was THE BEST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I have purchased 5 other cars in my life and this one was absolutley the best!! Without Shawn I dont think I would have ended up purchasing a car that evening. I can't say enough about how happy I am! I will absolutely be back and I will tell everyone I know to go there and work with SHAWN MOORE AND TROY HAMMER!! Happiest Customer Ever, Amber Dickerson More

Our salesman, Mark Jackson, was awesome!! We stopped by late on a Friday night and he worked through the weekend trying to get us in the Armada for the price we wanted. Love my Jeep Wrangler. Wish that Jeff Wyler would have offered the free oil changes like Kings Jeep does.
