I stopped at Jeff Wyler to ask about the Juke. It turns out that they hadn't even hit the dealers yet. He was not pushy and he was very personable. I don't know how many hours Samir spent with my husband and me, but I can tell you that my husband was much less patient with my decision making process than Samir! The bottom line is that the Juke came in, Samir called me to let me know and a couple hours later, Samir bagged himself a Juke sale. I left that evening and drove to Florida in my new car and it is AWESOME!!! We liked Samir so much we picked a souvenir up for him while we were in Forlida. How many car salesmen get presents from their customers? I would venture to say only the special ones. More

I had a day off and decided to go to the Wyler Eastgate Automall. I did not need a new car but I was looking for something different, especially since I now take the bus to work. I happened to pull into the lot when Jeff Schaeper, the Automall GM was walking around the lot. He noticed that my car wasn't that old and he asked me why I was looking for a new car. I told him I take the bus to work and was looking for a smaller car, good value and better gas mileage. He brought me over to the Kia lot and showed me their lineup of Souls. In addition to the things I was looking for he told me about Kia's great warranty. I agreed to check the Soul out further and Jeff introduced me to Troy Purcell, a sales associate. Troy did a great job of explaining the vehicle specs. To my surprise, Wyler actually did dome upgrades to the factory models. I ultimately went with the + model with leather seats (Wyler upgrade) and heated seats (Wyler upgrade). Troy also helped me secure a great financing deal. Needless to say, don't just go to the manufacturer's web site-go into Wyler and I'm confident they will find a vehicle that meets your needs. More

Brian took excellent care of me with friendly understanding of my wants and no pressure at all. I have since put over 400 miles on the car and it's great. It's relatively quiet, rides well, is solid, and I got over 37 mpg on the first tank. More

Shawn Moore at Jeff Wyler had mentioned the same observation when I asked about used Wranglers. As a result I thought I could trust what he told me. Shawn showed me some new Wranglers. As with all models price depends on options involved. I found a new Wrangler with "near zero" miles plus warranty for only a few thousand dollars more than the used Wranglers I was considering. I have wanted a Jeep, like a Wrangler for forty years. More
