My husband and I first went to used and strolled around for about 30 minutes or so without so much as a look from a salesman so we decided to go down the row to look at some new cars. Kraig greeted as we were getting out of our car and was very friendly. We explained to him that we had first been to used and had no customer service and he wasn't happy. We explained to Kraig that we weren't sure what kind of car that we wanted and that we weren't even sure if we were going to buy and he was very patient. He showed us several cars that evening, we test drove one and then left for the evening. We came back the next day and looked at several other cars.. mostly KIAs. We then test drove the first car again and agreed on a price we were happy with and made a deal. Kraig spent Saturday (2/19/11) evening with us and 6 1/2 hours with us on Sunday (2/20/11). He was wonderful while my husband and I tried to make a desicion. He was very fast once we made our decision and Tim from financing was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgable. More

They kindly worked with us making sure we found the right vehicle to suit our needs, and that we were completely satisfied before signing the final paperwork. We were looking for a new car and weren't exactly sure what we wanted. That was until we went to Jeff Wyler Eastgate. We ended up at the Nissan dealership and bought an Altima thanks to Faiz and Scott. Th what we wanted. That was until we went to Jeff Wyler Eastgate. We ended up at the Nissan dealership and bought an Altima thanks to Faiz and Scott. They were wonderful and patient and you could tell they did everything they could to accommodate us. They even sent out for food for us while we waited. I would recommend them to anyone. More
This is the second time in less then a year I have gone to Jeff Wyler for service on my 2010 Town and Country. First time the service writer scheduled me for the wrong day so when I showed up for my appoin to Jeff Wyler for service on my 2010 Town and Country. First time the service writer scheduled me for the wrong day so when I showed up for my appointment he didn't have me down. Had to wait almost 2 hours for a oil change-un called for. Now last Friday the 18th of February I had another appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was for 1 pm, I showed up at 1240 pm, service writer advised me in what I perceived as a rude manner, that my vehicle will not be looked at until 1 pm since that is when my appointment is. After waiting 45 minutes I thought I saw my vehicle drive by. I waited 10 minutes then got up and looked outside and saw it parked out front. Went back and waited for service writer to come and get me. 5 minutes later no one had come out to get me so I walked back to the service garage. 1 service writer was on the phone while the head service writer, the one I've had problems with was just sitting there. He rudely asked me if I needed help and I asked him if my vehicle is done since its been sitting out front for 15 minutes. He advised me that the other service writer was busy with phone calls but he guessed he could help me. The other writer finally got off phone and finished my check out. I will never bring my vehicle there again for service unless its warranty work! It is a shame that 1 person can ruin a dealership's reputation by being rude. The salesman- Larry Young and sales manager we delt with when we bought the vehicle were awesome, I would deal with them any day. More
I took my 2005 Chrysler 300C which I bought new at Jeff Wyler, in for the 60,000 mile service as advised in the user manual. The service was very good and friendly. There were a few other problems that were found such as rear brake pads needing to be replaced. I was advised that not each additional problem had to be dealt with this time but it was my choice to do it now or wait. I didn't feel pressured in anyway to have anything done that wasn't necessary and I agreed to have everything done that was recommended. I would definitely come back and I would definitely buy another car here. More

He not only remembered me, my wife and our situation but was helpful in helping us to decide it was time to trade in my Altima for a new Rogue. I love the Nissan product, so it wasn;t a hard sell. In short order, and after an honest and friendly negotiation we arrived at a fair price and within 2 hours, I was driving my new Rogue off the lot. Basically I had haggling over cars. But Samir's thorugh knowledge and his professional approach to that conversation made it bearable. That is saying a lot for me. I would recommend Wyler and particularly Samir to anyone wanting to navigate the rough waters of car purchasing. More
