Larry was very friendly and did not pressure us in anyway to purchase a vehicle from him. He let the car do the talking-we really liked his laid back style and presentation even during negotiation of the pri to purchase a vehicle from him. I went to Jeff Wyler Eastgate Kia on a snowy, wintery day just to look at some cars. Mark Jackson came out to assist me and show me more details about the Kia Sportage. Mark wasn't pushy and was very underst just to look at some cars. Mark Jackson came out to assist me and show me more details about the Kia Sportage. That same day i went to another car dealership (not affiliated with Wyler) and received horrible customer service and the sales person was too pushy. It was the factor that Mark was willing to stand outside in the cold, while it snowed just to talk about a car. I went back the following weekend and noticed Mark wasn't there but i still received great service and bought the car i was looking at because Wyler gave me a deal i couldn't pass up but i made sure Mark received credit for the job he deserved. For my car, I love it and i couldn't ask for a better car. With my certain car i bought, there was a factory mishap and Brian (the Kia manager) took car of me right away and that just goes to show that Kia in Eastgate Wyler truly looks out for the customers. I truly recommend this dealership to shop at. More
They told me it would take two or two and one half hours to complete the work. It ended up taking approximately five hours. I am glade I did not wait on it like they told me I could.
