We had an excellent experience with the Jeff Wyler dealership and the salesman who helped his. The salesman was Samir Abuyaghi. He was very patient with us as we requested to test drive 4 cars. We finally decided we would like to purchase a 2011 Kia Optima. The only one on the lot had already been sold. He searched for a week until he was able to find us an Optima with all the options we were looking for. He found 2 but we did not want to purchase either of those. One was a demo with very few miles but we did not want a demo. The other was a car with all the features we were looking for but the color was white. I don't really like white cars so I requested that he continue to look for an Optima in another color. He continued to look until he found the one we finally purchsed. He provided wonderful customer service and I have recommended him and the dealership to a friend who is looking for a new car. I will definitely return to Jeff Wyler and Samir Abuyaghi when I am ready to buy another car. More
