Chuck greeted us right away and was so friendly and genuine.He then turned us over to Jeff Anna.I was interested in buying a new HHR.At first I was disappointed because they did not have a color I like genuine.He then turned us over to Jeff Anna.I was interested in buying a new HHR.At first I was disappointed because they did not have a color I liked.Jeff offered to try to find one for me.I did not want them to go through all that trouble and then find out the payment would be too high for my budget so I asked him to figure the payment first.It did turn out to be more than I wanted to spend per month.My heart sank.Then Jeff disappeared for a bit and when he came back he had brought a 2010 HHR from the used car lot.It was perfect,a great color,with low miles,except that I would have liked to have had more warranty.Jeff was able to add a great extended warranty and I got the car at a price that I can afford. Everyone was friendly and helpful,this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealer,I am not kidding.Jeff listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to find it.I would recommend him and Jeff Wyler Eastgate. I entered Jeff Wyler with a few misconceptions. I knew what I wanted, and what I could afford. Sadly these were not the same vehicle. Then he asked what I really wanted, when I told him he replied by saying "Ok, now we know. Finding the right car is the hard part, we can always make the numbers work." And much to my surprise, he did make the numbers work... and not in a "my children will be paying off this car long after I'm gone way" but in a real, honest savings way. (The car was paid for in full that day because of his efforts) For the first time in my life I truly love the car I'm driving, and if I hadn't stopped into Jeff Wyler that day just to take a test drive, I'm sure I would have missed out on this great feeling.
