We had a problem with our car as far as having too much equity into it and no one would help us with our problem. It was a Ford and even Ford told us they could not help. Kraig was honest with us and tol equity into it and no one would help us with our problem. It was a Ford and even Ford told us they could not help. He got the payment lower and we left with a new car. We were so pleased with Kraig and Brad they seemed to care about us .
