Sold the wrong car. Came to dealership with a car from there website. Asked to see this car. Was told car was in getting a final inspection. Got a quick look at the car before paperwork. Did not realize it was the wrong car until dad saw it. Just to get a sale they sold the wrong car in hopes that it would not be noticed. Tried to talk to the dealership about it and the GM accused me of talking to him like a child. I was not but that is two opinions which we all know will never match. He said if I could not talk to him like an adult then the conversation was over. The call ended at that time. More

over priced basic oil change My 2018 Kia Soul had an oil change on 08/06/2019. The cost of a basic oil change was over 50 dollars. Used car Nightmare Bought a Jeep Liberty 2009 from this Dealership because we trusted the service inspections , less than a month later we will have almost spent 4000. Plus what we owe , They assured the cars are gone over well and we bought it as is and they acted like negotiations were breaking them up on a as is vehicle , we should never have trusted them . First use of the defroster it stuck , we needed the whole dash tore out and new heater box and blend doors, heater core and evaporated core done while apart at another Chrysler dealership , When contacted about about our initial repairs we told them of our rear end , They wasted a day (diagnosing it for no cost )when we already had two diagnosis and no offer of help was reached so we are forced to go to another mechanic for a new rear end all he could say was maybe we could get you a free oil change , Did anyone ever go over this car befor we bought or did they slap a as is sticker because they knew how bad off or prone to these type repairs this vehicle is ?? More
