On 1-3-12 @ 10AM I took my 2008 Malibu in for 40K mile check. Front Brakes were replaced. Later in the day vehicle tire pressure light came on. Wyler service dept. contacted and my wife was told to brin check. Front Brakes were replaced. Later in the day vehicle tire pressure light came on. Wyler service dept. contacted and my wife was told to bring vehicle back and the problem would be corrected. It is now 4:11PM 1-3-12 and Wyler service is working on my 2008 Malibu. More

I feel my salesmen were not upfront with me and mislead me. They charged me the same price for a "Drag" car with 5000 miles that i could of bought a new 2012 car for. They charged for extras that i did n me. They charged me the same price for a "Drag" car with 5000 miles that i could of bought a new 2012 car for. They charged for extras that i did not want which were taken off on Monday 8/8/2011 but they kept telling me that they would take more of since it had miles on it and it was a 2011, but did not. I regret that i did not return the car when i came back on 8/8/2011 and they removed the extra charges for additions i did not want. I feel these two salesmen were dishonest with me through out this whole process and I will not return to Jeff Wyler to purchase another vehicle as a result of this bad experience. As for the service department, i feel they are excellent and all my needs were met and they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I was in for a factory recall and oil change. They stand behind the product and go out of their way to make you satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is nice to do business with them as they operate like a mom and pop operation but in reality are a huge part of the Wyler franchise. More

I visited Jeff Wyler Eastgate Mazda on Dec 24, 2011. I was not ready to buy and was looking at what was available. A salesman approached as they do and asked what I was interested in. I told him that I was not ready to buy and was looking at what was available. A salesman approached as they do and asked what I was interested in. I told him that I was just looking buit wanted a vehicle rated at 35mpg highway. He showed me a Mazda2. Before I could leave he asked if I would buy then if he gave me an offer I could not refuse. An offer you can't refuse is I thought impossible to refuse. I was wrong. He worked up some numbers, The sticker price on the vehicle was $17525.00, my down payment and trade in was $3000.00. His price that I could not refuse was $19,982.73, to be clear this was the amount I would have to finance. He had added $5,457.73 to the vehicle cost. With financing the price was $22,620.00. Add in the $3000.00 down payment and you get to a whopping $25,650.00 total cost. Buyer beware certainly applies to this deal. Caveat Emptor More

WOW is what I say ! I bought my wife a new Traverse and Steve did all the work. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and this Internet purchase was the easiest by far ! Steve worked with me over the internet because I live 2 hours away. He made sure I received the car I wanted at an agreed fair price with the options I wanted ( even added a few ), with 0 down payment I requested and zero percent interest. All from the comfort of home. I never even seen the car except for pictures, never drove a Traverse until I arrived at the dealership. I told Steve what time I would be there to pick up my wifes new car and he said it will be ready, to my surprise the car was parked right outside cleaned up with a full tank of gas and ready to go. Took a short drive with Steve to show me all the buttons on the Traverse, returned to the dealership, signed the paperwork, talked to onstar and was heading back to Ky. Took less than 1-1/2 hours, took me longer to get there than it did to buy the car. Least painfull car buying experience ever. Thanks Jeff Wyler and Steve Swaynie for a great car buying experience.
