First time in ten years I did'nt feel need to "haggle" over pricing, as I felt Jeremy treated my wife and I fairly from start. Even before driving car off lot after deal was final - Jeremy jumped into back of truck bed to remove excess ice that "vehicle-prep" left behind - only took ten minutes to sweep and wipe down but added effort was noted. We don't rush into decisions and he really respected that while other dealerships were pressuring us to make a decision on the spot.
