I know that I paid the lowest possible price for my Jeep Wrangler, as I had been shopping for one for over a month and a half. Jeff Wyler Jeep in Eastgate had the best price by far of any dealership within a 250+ mile radius of Cincinnati. They were both highly professional, knowledgable, friendly - and willing to find options that best fit my needs without trying to push specific vehicles or more options I didn't want or need. Compared to the other dealerships, the 'bottom-line' was a great price and I also received a very fair deal on my trade-in. It really felt like at Jeff Wyler they were trying to gain a new customer for life rather than just selling another truck. Overall, one of the best experiences I ever had buying a new vehicle! More

When I arrived at the service counter, Mr. Anna, the service writer I was told to ask for, was busy with another customer. I was willing to wait for Mr. Anna but Rodney was very courteous and helpful. It was very obvious he was concerned with keeping my wait-time at a minimum. Mr. Anna took over as soon as he was finished with his customer. Upon receipt of the estimate, Mr. Anna was thorough in his explanation of the repairs and charges. As a woman, I felt his friendly but professional attitude was a refreshing change from the typical responses I have gotten from repair shops. More
