I was at the dealers for over 4 hours but the whole time I had a great experience. I was offered beverage and had someone there explaining the new car and all the paperwork to me in detail. I bought my Maxima in 2003 and have always had it serviced at Wyler Nissan. They consistently treat me well. This location was very busy this past weekend due to an Auto Show downtown. The staff was pretty stretched due to allot of customers but in the end, Troy over compensated for my patience with a better deal Auto Show downtown. We test drove (4) different models at (4) different dealerships, and Jeff Wyler Eastgate was the best experience by far for the following reasons: 1 - professionalism and courteousness of the salesp dealerships, and Jeff Wyler Eastgate was the best experience by far for the following reasons: 1 - professionalism and courteousness of the salespeople. Samir Abuyaghi was our sales rep. He is one of, if not the top, Nissan sales people at the dealership, but you would never know it. He treats you as if you are his first and only customer. Not only was he fair, polite, helpful, and patient, but he didn/t try to oversell us or point us in a direction we didn't want to go. 2 - selection of inventory. The color we wanted wasn't as common, but they had good stock. 3 - The dealership's relaxed atmosphere . The sales, finance, and managers don't fit the common perception people have of the sharks going after the guppies. When you say no on something, they may try one more time, but then there isn't that third and fourth time beat down. The sales rep does most of the paperwork, and you don't have to see (8) people. We dealt with our salesperson and one finance person. 4 - knowledge of all employees. Joe Comer was also very helpful and responsive. A man named Cecil (I believe) gave me a soda out of his own fridge. Finance employee Robin Rice-Pottorof was very polite and courteous at the end of her long day, and did not get irritated when our son drew on her desk. Stuff like that sounds simple, but it really means a lot. When we buy our next car, our first stop will be Jeff Wyler. More
