Recall repair I brought my 2014 Challenger in for the passenger side air bag recall. Jason Moore fit me into the schedule that day and they got me done in about 2hs. As always they take very good care of my car ( my car is highly modified and I travel around to car shows with it ). I could not tell that they had taken part of my dashboard apart to get to the air bag. Jason Moore always makes sure that the service dept. is very careful with my car. That is why I continue to come back to Jeff Wyler Dodge in Eastgate for my routine maintenance and synthetic oil changes. Jason Moore and your service department are great! More
2nd time just as good My 2018 Kia Rio5 went in for his second oil change and 12 point inspection. I was a bit early, but the rep took me right in. Less than 30 minutes la My 2018 Kia Rio5 went in for his second oil change and 12 point inspection. I was a bit early, but the rep took me right in. Less than 30 minutes later, I was on my way. He went over all the check points with me, gave me time for questions if I should have any, and even walked me out and opened the car door for me! The waiting area is great with WiFi and TV. I was treated as an important client, even though I had Steelers floor mats ! More

At first it seemed like they were too busy, but they did attend to the problem rather quickly and, within two hours, I had my car back.... not only with problems fixed, but my regularly scheduled maintenance as well. I was very pleased. I also took the opportunity to ask about expediting my next lease due in January. So, the manager and head of the sales team assisted with that. More

Need to feel “taken care of” Was in for oil change and needed driver side turn signal replaced. Quoted that at $40! For a turn signal light. Wait Time 2010 Equinox was scheduled for an oil change and possible tire air leak.
