He also spent a great deal of time familiarizing me with my new vehicle for which I was very appreciative.I was well satisfied with the sale price. The sale price was the primary reason for purchasing a Town & Country. In the past we have also had good experiences with Dodge caravans. More
By far our best experience buying a new car! We felt like everyone was genuine from the first phone call to the last paper signed. Larry Young and Chris Hamiln are very informative and fair. Definately not t everyone was genuine from the first phone call to the last paper signed. Larry Young and Chris Hamiln are very informative and fair. Definately not the slimy car salesmen that you encounter at most dealerships. We will make sure everyone we know is aware of our wonderful experience at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall. It is the best compliment we can give. Keep being userfriendly! More

Excellent experience with dealership overall and specifically with Chris Hilderbrandt. He was knowledgeable about his products, took the time to listen to our needs and was patient as we considered specifically with Chris Hilderbrandt. He was knowledgeable about his products, took the time to listen to our needs and was patient as we considered our options. We researched heavily online before visiting dealerships. We could have saved time by going straight to Jeff Wyler after our internet research as they had best price and selection and we took immediate delivery. More

My 2004 Nissan Maxima check engine light was on and the car was stalling. we contacted Nissan Dealership over the weekend and they suggested we drop it off Sunday May 20, 2012 so they can take a look at it car was stalling. we contacted Nissan Dealership over the weekend and they suggested we drop it off Sunday May 20, 2012 so they can take a look at it. Car was dropped off Sunday night and attached notes on the Drop box envelope of whats wrong with the car and provided a number to call between 11.00 am -12.00pm on Monday May 21, 2012 since that was the only time we were available. A call was made at 4.00 PM and BK (service Manager) communicated that work was done on my car and it would cost $145.77. I don't understand why any work was done without the customers authorization and no price was communicated upfront. Also, only partial work was done to keep the car from stalling and the Check engine light is still on. Contact BK (service Manager) on Tuesday, May 22,2012 and he didn't think it was wrong that any work was done on the car without authorization. He did, however reduce the price to $92 + Tax. He communicated that they cannot do any work for free which I understand. My whole point was there is a serious flaw in their process where they need to communicate to their customers 1. To diagnose the car- cost is $92 + Tax 2. Once Diagnostic is done, contact customer and communicate how much it would be and get authorization to perform the work if the customer agrees. BK did not agree it was a mistake on their side and said I wasn't a gentleman about it when he was not getting the point that NO AUTHORIZATION was given by the customer. Also it does not make any sense why partial work was done to fix it. BK made it a point to mention he's going to keep track of my VIN no. so the next time I come in, they'll require a deposit from me. Again, threats like that are not going to help your customers. I hope Nissan's service management will take a look at it and fix their own process for their own benefit. What if the service management decided to perform a job over $5000 and not get authorization from the customer to perform the work. There will be serious damage to their business. They have just lost their service when all they had to do was acknowledge there was a flaw in their business and they'll work on fixing that. More

I was very happy with my experience at Jeff Wyler Nissan. Samir Abuyaghi and Trent Holtsberry were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to people I work with. I appreciate that you took the time Samir Abuyaghi and Trent Holtsberry were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to people I work with. I appreciate that you took the time to take multiple pictures of the cars on your lot. I want to see a real picture of the car that I am interested in, not just some stock photo. Also, posting the cash back number with the car. Those two factors were the reason I drove from Ky to your dealership and bought my car there. In short, your website got me to your dealership instead of me driving to a much closer one in Florence KY. More
Chris was able to explain everything I asked about the car in detail and make sure I had a positive experience. He was also very personable and straight to the point. car in detail and make sure I had a positive experience. He was also very personable and straight to the point. More
I was treated with courtesy and respect from the moment I walked into the building. The salesman was nice, friendly and not one bit too "pushy" about making a sale. walked into the building. The salesman was nice, friendly and not one bit too "pushy" about making a sale. More
