my experience with them great as always they are wonderful starting with Rob Rein who i brought the car from a very nice and very helpful. my front seat was not working and they fixed the next day. always lov starting with Rob Rein who i brought the car from a very nice and very helpful. my front seat was not working and they fixed the next day. always love Rodney Hoskins he works for the service department and is very helpful does his job quickly and makes you feel very special. Rob helped me put my tags on when i brought the car back because the windows radio and overhead light would not work so Rodney had them look at it to find out the plug for those were unplug was in and out in half hour. Now Rob is getting the front bracket for front of car for license plate and is going to put it on as soon as they re ordered it. Just love these guys they are the best More

Service I brought my truck in for an oil change and a recall item on Saturday unscheduled. I thought I was going to be turned away but Rodney worked it out an I brought my truck in for an oil change and a recall item on Saturday unscheduled. Worst of the dealerships Sales staff at mazda was awful. Took 4 hours too complete sales. Shady salesman and manager After getting home I totally regretted my purchase from Jeff Wyler Jeep Eastgate. I wanted a 2019 and I was told that it wasn’t on the lot at the time After getting home I totally regretted my purchase from Jeff Wyler Jeep Eastgate. I wanted a 2019 and I was told that it wasn’t on the lot at the time. I wanted the online price and was told that they couldn’t honor that price. Salesman took me to the Kia dealership to do paperwork and during that time he had moved onto next customer and did not have time for me any longer. I had to learn how to do the entire top, 4 wheel drive and rest of new Jeep ownership information by myself. Manager tried to make me think that the regular parts of the deal was a huge deal that he was doing. This was not the first time I bought a car. I should have walked. I was told by salesman that I could get Jeep washed anytime at car wash as well. He failed to mention that the jets at the car wash aren’t good for a soft top. Caused leaks around the door jams during washes. I truly was pressured into the 2018 and am still bitter about that. Still not happy with this purchase. The service department is the best part of Wylers and they took care of situations. At one point the salesman walked by me while I was getting my car serviced and they recognized how rude he was and truly were apologetic for him. They tried to make things right for him and the sales manager. More
