I first called about a recall for my jeep and they set up an appt. for the next week only to call me back and tell me the part wouldn't be in and that they would call me when it was in. Three weeks went by, an appt. for the next week only to call me back and tell me the part wouldn't be in and that they would call me when it was in. Three weeks went by, no call so I called and they finally let me set up an appt. 3 weeks from then. Signage at the dealership was confusing, I walked into a building and no one came to help me as I searched for an open person. So I went down a few buildings thinking I was in the wrong place only to be directed back to the place I just came from. I finally found a person who walked me out to Jami who checked me in, waiting and time for service was fine but after they never game me a receipt for my records nor was I told what the recall was about, what they fixed or any other details I think are normal for car maintenance or customer service they just said my jeep and the keys are outside and that was it. More

Steven helped me out in every aspect you could even think of. Anything I needed answered he answered it. He is very friendly and is really great at his job. Ken Bush was wonderful to work with. He knew I walked in the door a serious buyer after the transmission in my saturn went out for the 2nd time in 1 year and he knew I needed proven reliability and quality the door a serious buyer after the transmission in my saturn went out for the 2nd time in 1 year and he knew I needed proven reliability and quality for my dollar. He also knew I was dead locked on two vehicles and instead of trying to persuade me one way or another or push me into buying something I was sure of, he let me reach my own conclusion by simply providing the facts that held me back: price, payment, warranty, etc. Most sales people try to convince you to buy the car they'd want, but not Ken, he wanted me to be 100% happy with my purchase. He was even willing to stay 3 hours after closing to make sure I got everything I needed, exactly how I wanted. What a stellar guy! More

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff Wyler Eastgate. I did an internet inquiry about a used vehicle and received a phone call from Kevin Aspen as soon as they opened. I couldn't believe that Eastgate. I did an internet inquiry about a used vehicle and received a phone call from Kevin Aspen as soon as they opened. I couldn't believe that I was driving my "new" truck the same afternoon. Everything was a breeze and they got me financed at a much lower rate than I thought I would qualify for. I would definately recommend dealing with Kevin Aspen or Chris Shanabrook at Wyler Eastgate. It was worth the 80 minute drive. I will definately go back for my next vehicle. More
