My wife, daughter and I dropped into Jeff Wyler Eastgate on a very hot Saturday afternoon. We were immediately greeted by Chris Hamlin, a very friendly sales associate. We told Chris we were looking for a on a very hot Saturday afternoon. We were immediately greeted by Chris Hamlin, a very friendly sales associate. We told Chris we were looking for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and we had time for a test drive of a couple of vehicles that were on their lot. Chris let us drive 2 Wranglers, and he was very helpful in providing information about the Jeeps during our test drives. We weren't ready to buy at this particular time, so Chris gave us his e-mail information for future contact. After a couple of weeks of scouring Cincinnati-area Jeep dealership websites for exactly the right Jeep for our needs, I decided to order a 2013 and get exactly what I wanted. I e-mailed 4 dealerships I had previously engaged, to solicit their best price. Chris was very prompt and professional in his e-mail responses. After receiving initial responses from all 4 dealerships, I pursued negotiations with, and wound up ordering from, the dealership that gave me the best price to my initial solicitation. That other dealership beat Chris' number by only a couple hundred dollars, but that was the only reason why I didn't pursue an order with Chris and Eastgate Jeep. Otherwise, I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Chris Hamlin to other Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep buyers. More

Second time in a 3 wk period visiting this dealership (1 1/2 hrs away) Second time they tried bait and switch. Each time i was tild the vehicle was just sold that mornimg. I was also told one particular jeep was sold on 3 different occasions.in short..don't waste your time or money on this dealership. Simply put...fraudulent... and I have the emails from Chris Hamlin to prove this. I also have 2 witneses to this as chris not only wasted 3hrs rt drive time but also wasted 2 hours of our time in the dealership as well. More
