We asked for a bottle of touch paint at the end of the deal to match the Jeep we just bought and I did not receive it. Chris did not follow through, it appeared that he was more interested in the next cus deal to match the Jeep we just bought and I did not receive it. My Impala needed service so I called and reached Bob Kroetzsch. Bob was able to get my car in right away.I took it in for transmission service and the service department found that my rear brakes were e Kroetzsch. Bob was able to get my car in right away.I took it in for transmission service and the service department found that my rear brakes were extremely thin. They were able to replace the pads without replacing the rotors. A few more miles and the repair would have been much more expensive. Bob stayed in touch with me and let me know what was going on and let me know when I could pick it up. Everything was done as promised. More
