We negotiated a price several percentage points lower than the dealer in St. Matthews. Having never seen the car, I had several questions about the transaction and the car. Samir answered all questions directly in a timely manner.  Within 24 hours we negotiated price, closed the deal and I was on the way home in a new Rogue.
