Went in Monday, 9/24 and bought a new Nissan Versa SV. It was a difficult deal and took several hours, but this was not Wyler's fault--I'm a stickler and had very tight parameters in which to make a deal. Ken Bush, my salesman, was very patient and showed grace when I left, feeling like it wouldn't work out. I reconsidered and came back a little while later. Scott Huber sales-managed the deal, and likewise showed patience. There were several opportunities during the process that they could've tried to pull some tricks on me (which I would've caught)--esp in finance--but they didn't. They were professional and honorable to a fault, to include both Mike and Tim in finance, as well as Samir in delivery. We'll see about service after the sale, but for now, the Wyler group has made a friend and customer for life. Larry Moore was the perfect salesperson for me. He did not push me but tried to find out what I wanted and tried to fill my wishes. I give Larry top stars. My visit was a little much for me for the following reasons : 1. The computers are slooooooow and Larry couldn't get in to the system......this took a lot of time. 2. After the many hours when it was time to get the auto cleaned etc. one of the service people went home ill and so I had to wait. I met Larry at 9:am and without food or water got home at 3PM. I always ask Marc if Skip can work on my car he is the only one that doesn't leave oil residue to drip on my driveway !!! the transmission went out in my car on 9-6-12. i got on-line and started browsing to see what kind of car i might want to get to replace the one that broke down. the next morning i received a call from on-line and started browsing to see what kind of car i might want to get to replace the one that broke down. the next morning i received a call from keith beach of jeff wyler eastgate auto mall and i told him the trouble i was having. i told him that i am scheduled for surgery on 9-10-12 and need to get a car asap but i had no way to get to a dealership to look around the lot to see what i liked. he said he would send someone out to pick me up and he would also have my old car towed to the lot so i could get a trade-in allowance from it. so, i was picked up and whisked away to the dealership. when i arrived i was treated with respect and kindness by all i came in contact with. i took a 2012 malibu for a test drive, got back to the dealer, signed the papers and now i am the proud and happy owner of a brand new car. keith not only helped me to get the best deal possible but he also gave me peace of mind so when i do have my surgery i won't have to worry about finding a new car while i recuperate. i love my car and i am very grateful for employees like keith beach, who went out of his way to make sure my car buying experience was a easy as it could be. sincerely, desiree ratliff More
