I recommend Jeff Wyler Automall for any car purchases. My husband and i went yesterday looking for a new car, Gene Branham was our sales man. I would recommend the service department, but the sales need some serious work on customer service. If it were not for Chuck in service, I would have likely returned my 2013 jeep grand cherokee overland b need some serious work on customer service. If it were not for Chuck in service, I would have likely returned my 2013 jeep grand cherokee overland because of the horrible follow up from the sales department. Particularlly Zach Anderson and Jason Malone. I will not recommend anyone buy from them. Kevin finally helped solve the issue I was having. After my brand new jeep got sent to be detailed, it returned to me with over 30 small scratches on the fender over the drivers side tire. I sent it to be fixed, they just touched it up and you could still see the scratches through the paint, even though Zach told me on the phone that it could not be touched up as the scratches were that bad. He did not check it or follow up so when I went to pick it up (my 3rd trip back to the dealer in less than 1 week after I drove my new car off the lot), it was not fixed. I went back in and Jason said he would help me. He told me to bring the jeep in Monday and he would have a rental car gassed up and ready for me. Arrived Monday after work to find out Jason was OFF and no one knew what I was talking about! After I told them they could have their car back and I would go buy from someone else, Kevin stepped in and handled it. It is FINALLY done right. Additionally, Zach had my owners manual and did not call to let me know. I had to call him. He did not return several calls. My insurance company tried to reach him several times and could not either. He was very unresponsive. He claimed he was busy, he had issues with his phone, and the situation was not communicated to him properly from his other sales team members. However the service department was very respectful and communicated well with me. Chuck understands the true meaning of service and Wyler is lucky to have someone like him on staff. He called me even when it was not his responsibility to do so just to let me know someone was taking care of my issues. I am thankful for service and will continue to take my car there. The next car I purchase will likely not be from Wyler though. I would rank them as follows: Chuck- 10 for service Kevin- 10 for follow up Zach- 3 for sales Jason- 1 for sales More

I came into the dealership on Saturday running a little behind the schedule appointment I had made and Troy was eager to help regardless. He still had the car I originally requested pulled out for me to see and even though after seeing it I was not to particularly fond of it he still went over all of its features to ensure I was 100% sure. I asked him what would be the next feasible choice and he was quick with a response. It was then I knew I was working with a knowledgeable associate and felt comfortable with continuing my purchase. He took me over to the Chevrolet Sonic's and I fell in love. He discussed all of its features with me throughout the different models. He was not trying to upsell me at any time but asking me questions of what mattered most to me in a car. I felt secure that he was not into the sell for the money but to ensure my happiness with the purchase. When we went for a test drive he took me a route around the dealership that gave me a good feel for handling of the vehicle around turns and on higher speeds above city limits. We returned to discuss financing and Eric in financing pulled through for me and got me a decent number that I could afford. He kept me informed on every step of the process so that I did not fell I was being taken care of. I must also compliment him on being personable which was much unexpected but much welcomed. He not only was attentive to my needs but the needs of my friend who came to assist me in my purchase. My next purchase will be at Jeff Wyler and also with Troy McHenry. He was very friendly and willing to pay attention to what our needs were as far as financing and type of vehicle. Mr. Beach did not try to sell us something that we were not looking for. He sold us what we needed and was not pushy. I was very please with his customer service and would recommend him to anyone. More
