We had some issues when we came to pick up our vehicle. We had been charged for some work that we felt was covered under our Certified Pre-Owned vehicle plans. However; after some discussion, and phone calls were made, our vehicle was released to us at no charge. Later that week I received a phone call from the service manager, Rodney Gray, and he explained to me why these issues had taken place. He also explained and gave me some insight as to how the CPO plans work and are handled. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He went out of his way to deal with our issues and made sure we were fully satisfied and understood what had happened and how to avoid such issues in the future. The work preformed was excellent and we have had no problems since it was preformed. This is the most professional and courteous service department I have ever dealt with. I will most likely never take my vehicle to any other dealership for service in the future. More
