We headed out to buy a new car today with the hopes of finding something affordable, reliable, and good on gas for our commute to and from work. We just moved to Batavia and decided to head over to Jeff finding something affordable, reliable, and good on gas for our commute to and from work. We just moved to Batavia and decided to head over to Jeff Wyler Eastgate to see what used cars they had on the lot. We were greeted by Chris Shanabrook, who was very professional, not "pushy" like you sometimes get walking the car lots, and helped us find something we were looking for. Chris Shanabrook showed us a few trucks and cars that we might be interested in, let us test drive a few and when we did not find exactly what we are looking for in used cars we walked over to the new car lot and found a 2013 Chrysler 200 Touring that we fell in love with. After the test drive Chris Shanabrook worked the numbers to a monthly payment in our price range and worked in a bumper-to-bumper warranty which was great! Tim Spradlin did our finance, he was very professional and worked us in quickly so we could make it home in time for the football game. Chris Hilderbrandt was awesome, he went over the entire car with us, answered all our questions, and helped us get to know our new vehicle. I visited several dealerships while looking for a new vehicle. Jeff Wyler KIA by far had the most professional,knowledgeable and friendliest sales person. I looked at Toyota, Chevy, Honda, Nissan, and Mazda and the KIA Sorento offered the best product for the price. If you are looking for an SUV/Crossover test dive the rest then look at the Sorento and I am sure you won't find more bang for the buck. If you have always considered the KIA a low end cheap product you will be as surprised as I was at the quality and good looks. I have owned several vehicles in my life and the Sorento is definitely the nicest. One of my friends just bought a Murano and another bought an Equinox and they both wish they had looked at the Sorento. More
