I had scheduled recall service to be done on my 2017 Mazda 3. Tiffany, a scheduler, was very helpful, telling me what would be involved and offering transportation if I needed to leave the vehicle. Customer Service I'd like to go to JW's, but last two times didn't work out. 1st time, I wanted to buy 4 tires during the Sep special. My phone call went to voice mai I'd like to go to JW's, but last two times didn't work out. 1st time, I wanted to buy 4 tires during the Sep special. My phone call went to voice mail and didn't get a call back until the end of the 2nd day. By which time, I had switched to Tire Discounters. 2nd time I need a bearing replaced b/f an out of town trip. Called Mon am needing to get in sometime during that week. Well...no go. Next open time was several weeks later. No help for my road trip. Called a local private mechanic, got me in the next day, and fixed the issue promptly, and I was on the road. Soooo.... it seems to me if it takes JW 3 weeks to schedule a service, perhaps management ought to consider more staff???? More
