I bought a car from ken bush about 6 months ago. i filled out an online application and got a call from Ken a few hours later. He told me i was approved with nothing down and to come on in. i left work earl out an online application and got a call from Ken a few hours later. He told me i was approved with nothing down and to come on in. i left work early to get a ride to see ken. i have inquired about a malibu but ken said he couldnt do the malibu he told me he could on the phone but had a 5 year old mazda that he could do with a $1000 down. He wouldnt tell me why he wouldnt do the malibu like he would on the phone just said this is the only car that would workk. he said dont go anywhere else if you dont buy today becuase if they pull my credit again his approval would be no good. needless to say i bought the car because i had no other chouces. my payment ended up over $400 a month and they sold me a warrenty that didnt cover anything when I brought it in for service, it was useless and cost me over 2000 dollars when i called to ask him about it he said he couldnt help me and hung up on me! the next month i actually went to a closer dealer and found the same car i just bought with less miles and in better shape for 4000 dollars less than what i paid. stay away from ken bush he is terrible. Eric worked very hard to get my wife and I into a vehicle. Whenever a vehicle came up he thought we would like, he let us know right away. My overall experience was great! I found the Kia Soul I wanted from cars.com and got in touch with Heather Jamison by phone; living in Louisville Ky nearly 2 hours away I couldn't easily drive by the deale wanted from cars.com and got in touch with Heather Jamison by phone; living in Louisville Ky nearly 2 hours away I couldn't easily drive by the dealership to see the car in person. I expected less than ideal attention from the sales person on the other end of the phone, as my past experience with other dealerships were they wouldn't take me seriously unless I was in their showroom, but Heather was eager to work for me, evidenced by her taking photos of the car I was interested in and sending them to me by text, then beginning to negotiate a price for my trade-in and purchase price before I ever left my office. I drove over an hour and a half a nearly got hit by a dolly falling from a semi truck! Luckily that was the only surprise I had to deal with the rest of the day, as the buying process was smooth sailing in comparison. Heather was attentive and patient throughout the buying process, and although she was relatively new to the dealership, she handled herself in a very professional way and was a delight to work with. Never too pushy which is an instant turn off for me with sales people, and wasn't in a huge hurry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather or the dealership to friends or family. If I didn't live so far away I'd definitely be back for all my services - btw I believe you get free car washes and <10.00 oil changes for the life of the car you purchase there :) More

My experience with this dealership went very well from the first visit. They were courteous, knowledgeable on product line. If one salesman was busy upon my arrival he'd get someone to help me. Everything I could have asked Larry told me. He let me know the history of the engine design to the rating of the sound system and everything else about the Mazda. I have only driven the car 650 miles so far and it has been a pleasure to drive and a pleasure to pass the gas stations without stopping every four days.
