Friendly, no pressure sale! I walked into Jeff Wyler's Eastgate Nissan Dealer to test drive vehicles. Travis greeted me and showed me around. Since I'm looking into both Nissan Altima and Nissan J Wyler's Eastgate Nissan Dealer to test drive vehicles. Travis greeted me and showed me around. Since I'm looking into both Nissan Altima and Nissan Juke, he showed me Altima first, told me features it had, and let me test drive it. While driving, he told me of his experience with Nissan Altima. We did the same with Juke. In both cases, I learned a lot about the vehicles through test-drive and his experience. I ended up with Nissan Altima. Faiz was also on hand to explain and showed me additional features. His eleven years of experience with vehicles had shown through his presentation. Together, they made the trail & tribulation of getting a vehicle a lot less painful. It is a pleasure to have them showed me around. More

Logan was extremely helpful with the purchase of my new car. I looked at many of the major dealerships in the area and couldn't find anyone that would listen to what I wanted. He didn't pressure me or chase me around the lot, and wasn't creepy like most of the salesmen that I encountered. He was normal and professional. It was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I would definitely go back to Logan again. More

I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for more than 2 months in a specific configuration and when I did an inventory search on Jeep.com and found that Jeff Wyler had the vehicle I was looking for I heade months in a specific configuration and when I did an inventory search on Jeep.com and found that Jeff Wyler had the vehicle I was looking for I headed into my local dealership (since I am 5 hours away). My local dealership salesperson said there was no way that Jeff Wyler would really sell me the Jeep for the price they had listed on their website and he asked me to call from his desk. Steve McCoy was the salesperson from Jeff Wyler that answered and he stated that the advertised price was the price that I could buy the car for. I worked with Steve over phone, e-mail, and text to work through the deal and after coming to agreement, I drove the 5 hours to Jeff Wyler to close the deal. All the while expecting some type of debate on the deal when I arrived. I was dead wrong. Steve and Shawn were both very professional and they were prepared to close the deal when I arrived. This was my 9th new car that I have bought over the years from various dealerships in Ohio, NC, and IL, and I would say one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. More

Everything was great, rob was fantastic. The only complaint I have is that we waited 3 1/2 hours for the financing part. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there, so it made for a very long day.
