He suggested I get with my salesman to order one as they are very expensive. While waiting I asked a salesman who was picking up copies at a printer about it and he immediately told the person at the service desk to order one and charge to the sales department. In and out in less than 45 minutes. More
BAD, bad. Sales, sucks, they will rip you off, and sell you anything. The service is OK but don't go into the place asking for help. it you do, they will write you up to even put air in your tire. It's not free. More
Before I start Pay attention to the reviews. All the good reviews are from service and the bad reviews are from sales. This place is bad for business if you are buying a car. Salesman ADAM is BAD. First off I was just looking online at cars and came across a car that I was interested in. It was on another advertised site so I called the dealership. I was told that the site has not updated the price. I was like ok thanks. Then I went to their website only to find the car for the same price. So now I called back and was like you have the same price. This time it was not the price was not updated you had to qualify for all these incentives they know you do not qualify for. So I was like ok. Bad salesman ADAM. No incentives what will be my cost everything taxes and everything out the door. I was told a price $5000 over what they had the car listed for. I wanted the car so I was like ok. I want to pay cash. I was told I could not pay cash. Never heard of any car lot telling you you can not pay cash. After I had my total I was ok. I drove 4 1/2 hours to this place to buy this car. Ok first thing When I met ADAM-stay away from this guy he brought to me a contract with someone else’s name, he would not tell me the interest rate(remember they would not let me pay cash)and now the price is up another $6000. We are at $11,000 more than the price that was on their site. This $11000 was before all the interest rate charges that Adam and this company wanted me to pay on top of the $11000. I asked ADAM bad salesman I need to see my name and the interest and you need to change the total that is not what was agreed on. Adam bad salesman brought back like 4 contracts still not my name, wrong price and no interest rate. Adam bad salesman said don’t worry about the name. Buy a car in someone else’s name get out of here. It took Adam the bad salesman 3 more times to bring out more contracts. None with my name, all still wrong price but with interest rates 5%-6%. I told Adam the bad salesman he better try again because I have excellent credit and I will not pay that interest rate. Not only did Adam the bad salesman try to get me to pay that interest rate Adam the bad salesman told me I could not even pick the months. Adam the bad salesman said I could choose 60 or 72 months. Really you have customers letting you not only charge them interest rates high but pick the months also. I see why I could not pay cash and why ADAM the bad salesman would bring over a contract in someone else’s name. If ADAM the bad salesman would of ran my credit score ADAM the bad salesman would have seen my excellent credit. So now I know this is not good. I guess since I drove almost 5 hrs they thought I would just let them take me for a ride. Now that I said thanks no thanks he brings over some finance guy not ADAM the bad salesman that I did not bother remembering his name because I knew he was going to be full of crap also. So after he the BAD finance guy tried to explain to a 770 credit score person that didn’t need your financing in the first place why the interest was so high and why I had to finance for so many months. I get it the longer you finance at an interest rate you do not know you paying the dealership can charge you whatever. So I get up and they follow me outside. What can we do to make this right says ADAM the bad salesman and his finance side kick. I said nothing you had how long and nothing changed. I leave and guess what Magically the interest rate that I should have got in the first place appeared. It was too late because I knew they were some bad people and no way was I doing business with ADAM the bad salesman. Maybe ADAM is a bad salesman to the customer but he is the top salesman because this is what Jeff Wyler wants his team to do. No wonder this Jeff Wyler has all these lots and car brands with deals like this. All I can say to inexperienced buyers is WATCH OUT! My dealings were only with the KIA Batavia dealership and a sales manager named 'Rob'. They had the exact Telluride I wanted and I was ready to buy i My dealings were only with the KIA Batavia dealership and a sales manager named 'Rob'. They had the exact Telluride I wanted and I was ready to buy it, I ended up there only because they happened to have the exact configuration I was looking for. They could have told a car, but were too greedy. By the way, I'm 70 years old and I'm very familiar with the profit tricks dealerships like Wyler try to pull on unsuspecting buyers. Wyler FORCES you, the customer, to pay for what they called 'pulsing brake lights' and 'interior/exterior protection'. They claim that the interior and exterior surfaces receive a 'special' coating that makes them last longer, and the flashing brake lights are for extra safety. They wanted to add $600 for the flashing brake lights and $1050 for the interior/exterior protection coating for a total add TO STICKER PRICE of $1650! Know what? The little chip they add to the brake light circuit costs them about $75, and the coatings (whatever they are) are done at a cost of about $175! So that $1650 is almost total clear profit for them. ANY dealership which does this and tells you that these items are added when the vehicles come off the truck are SCAMMERS, plain and simple. What if you don't want to pay $600 for fancy flashing brake lights, or $1060 for their so-called protective coatings (look this up on the internet if you don't believe me)? Well, too bad - they want to take the choice AWAY from you and force you to pay them $1650 additional. NO SIR! Thank you very much. I will go to other dealers who don't pull this crap on unsuspecting consumers! Call and ask BEFORE you go on their lot! More
