after reading the good reviews about this dealership i cannot understand why people were treated so nice? My experience turned into one of the worst auto buying experience i have ever had.greg acted like cannot understand why people were treated so nice? NO one ever returned my calls for something simple it has been over seven days now and no one has called yet and when i call them i get voicemail or brad lying and covering for greg or transferred to voicemail.the finance dept.gave us a number to call to release our downpayment check no one answers .had a guy name kyle said he could help, no one callback yet. I have found no one who knows or cares about helping and the several salesman i did have contact with were ver very rude as myself was getting after being jerked around. I WILL not stop with this until i get in touch with a wyler or someone who halfway cares More

On initial contact Chad was very cordial and willing to help us make our decisions. He took time to explain the pros and cons of buy from stock or ordering one from Dodge. Overall we felt we were in the loop all the way rather than being abandoned in a corner somewhere infinitely waiting and waiting. I drove in from Huntington, WV(3 hours away) to purchase a used Jeep at another dealership in the area that I found on autotrader. The original Jeep that I was going to purchase had scratches on it and the a used Jeep at another dealership in the area that I found on autotrader. The original Jeep that I was going to purchase had scratches on it and the sales rep was not honest with my wife and myself. We were both upset because it was Easter weekend and we felt like we had wasted our time and money. I called Wyler to see if they had any used 2011 Grand Cherokee with leather interior and backup cam. They had one. The sales rep was very professional and helpful. I feel terrible becuase we kept him about an hour after closing buying the car. They dealership was very fair on the price they gave me for my trade in, actually about $600 more than anyone else offered me. They also came down on the Jeep I bought. I am a younger consumer and not extremely knowledgable about buying cars. Tim and the finance manager explained everything to and my wife loves her Jeep. The interest rate I got was the same as my local Credit Union offered me. All and all it was a great expereience and will do business with them again. Thanks guys. More
