I explained to Jason, who met me at the door of the dealership, with his hand extended and a friendly smile, that my wife needed a new vehicle. I also conveyed my unhappiness with the need for government subsidy and we were there strictly for my wife's preference for the Dodge/Chrysler minivan. This is our sixth minivan and seventh new product from Chrysler/ Dodge. Jason understood my concerns and treated my wife and myself with utmost courtesy and respect. His attitude and approach in not trying to sell Murf (my wife) with an upgrade (Garmin) and knowing all aspects of the operation and controls of the vehicle were superlative. He had a genuine concern that we should be pleased with the vehicle and even explained that an entry-level Chrysler Town and Country would cost less than the Crew level Dodge and give more options at actually a lower price. Our interaction with both Jason and later, Victor Hodge were most positive and reflective of a well-trained and very efficient operation. Our experience was supremely positive, and an enjoyable transaction. I would certainly recommend Jeff Wyler and his team for consideration in new Chrysler/Dodge purchases. More
