I was not necessarily looking to buy a vehicle until late August. Just getting an idea of what the 2013 Town & Country minivans had to offer. I met & chatted with Jason Malone. He went over the features on the van and I jokingly made an offer on the van. Jason followed up with me and within a few days we agreed on a price. My schedule is very demanding and kept me from meeting with Jason for more than a week. He was patient and in contact on a regular basis. He even offered to bring the van & paper work to my home. Once we met to sign papers, there was a discrepancy between the numbers on the paperwork & what Jason and I had agreed upon. He came in verified that we had definitely agreed on a different price. Within in minutes the new paperwork was ready for me to sign. Jason provided great customer service, which is rare in today society. Thanks, Jason for your patience. We will definitely recommend and return to Jeff Wyler for our future vehicle needs. More
I used the express service for an oil change and I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. I just had enough time to finish my complimentary coffee and doughnut. Can't beat that service. & out in less than 20 minutes. I just had enough time to finish my complimentary coffee and doughnut. Can't beat that service. More
It has been 15 years since I purchased my last vehicle, a Saturn. The reason that I was attracted to Saturn in the first place was because they marked their cars as is for pricing there were no games involv Saturn. The reason that I was attracted to Saturn in the first place was because they marked their cars as is for pricing there were no games involved, what you see was what you paid. That being said, I started my adventure to buy a new car. I came to Jeff Wyler because my husband had purchased a truck the prior year at Jeff Wyler in Alexandria, KY and we loved the dealership and service we received. I was not impressed from day one with Jeff Wyler Eastgate. When the sales rep, Bruce Stephenson approached my husband and I he only acknowledged my husband assuming that he would be the person purchasing the vehicle, which was not the case (strike 1). The other issue was that Jeff Wyler Eastgate did not actually have the car that I was interested in. I told Bruce that I had test drove the car I wanted at another dealership closer to my home but had also had a bad experience with the sales rep there. He proceeded to convince me that I had come to the right place and that he would find me a car. After spending several hours talking about what we were looking for we left the dealership with the understanding that we would receive an email with a side-by-side comparison of the 2 vehicles that we were interested in with 48 hours...that never happened (strike 2). In our first meeting with Bruce we asked if there were any incentives going on right now. He asked if we were military and we said no. He asked if we had ever owned a Mazda before and we said no. He stated that those were the only incentives being offered at that time. My husband received a call 3 days later from Bruce to say that he had just come out of a meeting and he wanted us to know that Jeff Wyler was having some incredible deals, one day only. We told him that we would not be able to make it in that day but would be in the following day. He assured us that he would still be able to give us the "deals" on Sunday and that he had located a vehicle for me and would need to have it delivered to their dealership. We arrived at Jeff Wyler around 1:00 on Sunday afternoon to learn that the incredible deals that were "one day only" were the same incentives that we had been told about on day 1 and that we still did not qualify for them! I told Bruce that I had a car that still got me from point A to point B and that I was not under any pressure to walk out that day with a car. I told him that I expected him to be completely honest with me and he looked me straight in the eye and agreed that he would. His words were, if we can come to an agreement, that is great, if not I will be upfront and honest and tell you that it isn't going to work out. I was naive to have believed him. I then asked where he found my car. He avoided the question so I asked him point blank if he got the car from the dealership where I test drove it originally and he said NO WAY! I ended up being at Jeff Wyler Eastgate the entire day...they were closing and I was still there!!! After signing all of the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, I left with no car. Bruce said that it was because I purchased the car on a Sunday and they have limited staff that day (would have been good to know before I wasted an entire day). I then had to drive back to Jeff Wyler Eastgate the following day to pick up my vehicle. Bruce was not there due to a dr. appointment and he had called to let me know in advance that he would not be there. When I got my new car home I found in the glove compartment the window sticker and sure enough, my car DID come from the dealership where I test drove it first and I ended up being charged a fee to have someone drive it from point A to point B. That was strike 3 for me!!! I cannot tolerate anyone who lies to me! I pray that this car lasts me another 15 years so that I will not have to subject myself to this painful process of shopping for a new vehicle any time soon! More
This started out as a service and turned into a new truck sale....We had a problem with our 2013 Chevrolet Dually that could not be corrected to our satisfaction. Our salesman Keith Beach called us in, made sale....We had a problem with our 2013 Chevrolet Dually that could not be corrected to our satisfaction. Our salesman Keith Beach called us in, made us an offer to do an exchange for an equal truck with 145 miles total warranty - just a different color, with a very reasonable cost to us to cover the 30,000 miles/wear & tear to our truck. We were also given a better interest rate on the new loan. This is our 3rd purchase from Keith Beach/Jeff Wyler and we have also sent neighbors and friends that at least 2 have purchased new vehicles. We would give Keith Beach, Jeff Wyler, and all associates we have dealt with a 100% satisfactory rating! More
Bought our Equinox last August and were pleased with the way we were treated at the dealership and believe we received a fair deal - which I usually don't say. If he and Samir were not as friendly and helpful as they were, I probably would not have made the purchase. I am very glad that I did. More
