Zach Anderson did a super great job selling me this Dodge Ram 1500 and the Finance Manager was great also. Worked with Chris Hamlin. We are from out of town and wanted to purchase Jeep. We are 488 miles away so we got our financing beforehand. Chris told us we could get a better deal with dealership so we wen wanted to purchase Jeep. We are 488 miles away so we got our financing beforehand. Chris told us we could get a better deal with dealership so we went with Wyler. I asked Chris several times what we needed to do to hold Jeep (money up front, whatever it takes). We went through lengthy process and finally got paperwork finalized. I again asked Chris what we needed to do to hold Jeep until we arrived. He told me through emails and phone calls that he was giving us his word that he would hold Jeep for us and paperwork would be Fedex on Monday. Paperwork never showed up and I got a call from my wife Monday afternoon that Chris Hamlin had finally called and said they sold Jeep Saturday. You can imagine how upset I was. Chris waited until Monday to tell us car was sold Saturday. So much for his word to hold vehicle. I never got a call asking if they could make it right. We were treated poorly. Would not recommend working with Chris Hamlin. Terrible service More
