They also promised to follow up with me to try and resolve the matter and never did so. This is their exact response: "We are sorry to hear that your service experience with our dealership has not been satisfactory. Your review has been sent to top management at the dealership. Someone will be contacting you soon. We want to make sure you are satisfied with our service." ---- I guess they don't really care about customer satisfaction.....
