I purchased a used car from Jeff Wyler, Eastgate, Garth Rothschild was the salesman. During negotiating a price and issues with the car I was told there was only one Key FOB. Mr. Rothschild made an offer for the dealership to share the cost of a replacement Key FOB. I would just need to have it made and send him a copy of the receipt and they would pay half of the replacement cost, Mr. Rothschild actually wrote an I.O.U note that included the Key FOB. I had the Key made, paid 296.76 and forwarded the paid invoice to Mr. Rothschild. I have made several attempts to collect the share of the cost and as of yet, 5 months later, I have not received it. If you choose to do business with this dealership and Mr. Rothschild, make sure you receive everything promised before signing anything. More

Dennis, the Service manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. He mentioned that there would be a cost of $95 for them to check the engine. No problem, it had to be checked. After all was said and done, I do unfortunately, have some issues that needed fixed on my engine, but he didn't end up charging me the $95 after all and the total cost for that day was a lot cheaper than what I was originally quoted. He also explained a lot to me regarding the issue to where I understood it. I appreciated the honesty and the cost being cheaper. I will definitely will go back More
