Our salesman was Craig Hunt. I really didn't know what kind of car that I wanted just the price range. He worked very hard to find something that was to my liking as well in my price rage. Had been searching internet for a Dodge Challenger. Not really sure I was ready to buy, there was nothing wrong with the Charger I already had. Made a couple of inquiries via the web site. Of course I fell in love with the car. He made me an offer for my 2009 Charger that was reasonable, great interest rate, and cost of the new car was do able. Needless to saw I drove the 2013 Challenger home that afternoon! Buying a car can be a real pain in the ***, but this experience was the least painless by far. Will definitely buy from Jeff Wyler again and hopefully Jason can be my salesman then too. More

I responded to Rodney Gray's email for an oil change on my 2012 Suburban. While waiting, walked the showroom and looking at the black Cruize and Impala. In conversation, I expressed some special concerns which he rapidly showed a genuine concern and teamed with Rodney Gray the service manager. For about 10-15 minutes Rodney professionally listened to the concerns, he explained possible solutions and acted on them with extreme courtesy, which included a prompt visit to body shop and coordinated repair to my hood. The listening skills, pride in dealership and coordinated efforts between Samir with Rodney rectified a primary concern. This demonstrated The Customer Care concept everyone likes to experience. Should my wife like one of the cars that Samir took a picture of me, and would like to pursue a purchase, Samir is my choice. To Rodney and cooperation of the body shop, great job. More
