I all fairness some of the members of the Chtysler sales team let me down when I purchased my vehicle in Decemver 2912. When we reached the stage of the paperwork signing after being there for hours there was an unwelcome surprise concerning my trade in payoff which had the potential to add $1,600 to the vehicle deal. They knew this information but the sales manger just said he forget and would split the cost meaning I would be paying $800 more. Foolishly I went along out of sheer fatigue and my anxiety caused by me being a disabled vet having severe PTSD. I felt pushed and taken advantage of. After all that everyone was in a hurry now to go home since it was a few minutes past closing. I was I initially going to purchase a late model used car but changed my mind. I spent an hour ib used cars waiting for my sales rep to take ne to new car to see which vehicle I might want to purchase ans since they work on commision I wanted him to have that chance. After waiting and waiting I went down to new car and spoke to sales manager who said don't worry about it and assigned me a new sales rep. Longer story short my used car rep lost my keys including my house keys and mysteriously 2 Reese trailor hitches which I needed for my new vehicle. I know the used carrel was upset and was behaving childishly causing me problems and costing me money. So I needed up with a new 2013 Chrysler that I wanted but only after too much stress, pettiness, and losing over $1,000 for no reason. While service department is great I probably will not purchase again. At present my wife is shopping for ER nre car but not at Jeff Eyler Eastgate. Sadly up until that point I had purchased at least 9 new vehicles from them. Little things mean a lot to me. More

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. They also updated some of the electronics while I was there. I arrived on crutches and they were johnny-on-the-spot getting a chair to prop my leg up on; offe updated some of the electronics while I was there.
