I finally purchased my dream Wrangler! This was such a great/stress free experience for me. I spoke with Chad and Steve initially. Made the actual purchase with Kevin. Everybody was outstanding! I originally had 4 dealers competing for my business but once Jeff Wyler gave me his bottom line, the others fell to the wayside...they couldn't compete. I have been searching for the best vehicle/deal, off and on for a couple years now. That's another reason why this was such an outstanding experience. I even told one of the other dealerships that he didn't sound very motivated concerning making a sale. He just said "well, that's the best I can do." Then proceeded to tell me all about how he has to make money and why I should buy from them because there's no way Jeff Wyler is going to stand by that price. He was sooo wrong! Not only did they (Jeff Wyler) stand by their price, they made me feel right at home, kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on, Kevin even made some calls and returned my rental car for me. I came down from Dayton and wanted to get back in time to surprise my son. Everything was done in record time, Kevin was a joy to work with. I felt more like I was hanging out with an interested friend, instead of the usual stress/tension involved with purchasing a new vehicle! He explained everything at every stage of the purchase, he got in the Jeep with me and explained all the gadgets, we talked about some of the Jeep history (I've had Jeeps in the past), the difference in past engines and this new one etc. It was just an overall great and completely unexpected experience! My husband and I came in on 9-21-13 to look at trading our 2002 Escape in on a nice, used car. We did not have a particular type in mind. The first salesperson to greet us was Brandon Lenhart. We explained what we had in mind and he said he could possibly get us in a new car for a used car price. Our credit was far from excellent and we discussed this with him up front. He took his time showing us new cars and giving us a run down on the prices. We mainly looked at the Sonic and the Cruize. Brandon was NEVER in a hurry, NEVER pressured us, NEVER stood over us. He did give us space, gave us a ton of info on rebates, trade in value, and safety features on each car. Around 4 hours later we signed the contract for a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic. Brandon then spent another hour or so going over every detail and feature of this car. He helped us set up our On-Star account, discussed the Serius radio, and was even polishing our car while we connected to on-star. I have NEVER had an experience this pleasant on a car lot. Brandon was an excellent salesman and very knowledgable. I will recommend this guy to all my friends! Thank you Brandon for such an awesome experience.....We will continue to do business with you.
