Pushy salesman? My wife brought one of our two newer Rogues (that we bought both from Jeff Wyler) for service yesterday. She informed me that a very pushy salesman w My wife brought one of our two newer Rogues (that we bought both from Jeff Wyler) for service yesterday. She informed me that a very pushy salesman was actually pressuring her to trade in her Rogue for something newer while in the waiting area, something that made her quite uncomfortable. If we want a new car we will reach out to salesman, having one "troll" someone who is having routine service done should not be acceptable in your place of business and is certainly not appreciated by me (her husband). If it happens again we will just have to have both of our Rogues serviced elsewhere going forward, thanks for listening. More

Prompt on time service. Service experience was very good. The only issue I have with Jeff Wyler is that the car wash has been closed. It was one of he reasons I chose this dealership and was told washes were for the life of the vehicle. At the very least a refund of one car wash per week for the rest of the useful life of the vehicle should be issued. Another idea would be to give hand washes to all service customers moving forward, This may be a small issue for some but a real deal breaker for me when its time to purchase a car again. The basis trust of the dealership and what is agreed on at purchase has been compromised. Please adjust this for your customers moving forward. More

The Service Department at Jeff Wyler Nissan at Eastgate is outstanding and first class. They make your feel welcome from the time of your arrival until you get your keys back for departure.
