Prompt on time service. Service experience was very good. The only issue I have with Jeff Wyler is that the car wash has been closed. It was one of he reasons I chose this dealership and was told washes were for the life of the vehicle. At the very least a refund of one car wash per week for the rest of the useful life of the vehicle should be issued. Another idea would be to give hand washes to all service customers moving forward, This may be a small issue for some but a real deal breaker for me when its time to purchase a car again. The basis trust of the dealership and what is agreed on at purchase has been compromised. Please adjust this for your customers moving forward. More
The Service Department at Jeff Wyler Nissan at Eastgate is outstanding and first class. They make your feel welcome from the time of your arrival until you get your keys back for departure. Mike Beverley is an excellent Service Consultant who is very friendly & knowledgeable about the experience that you are about to have. The waiting room is first class. Free drinks and snacks for their customers, along with televisions & magazines & computer plug ins with comfortable chairs & play room for children. More

It popped up that we had a recall on a part, I made an online appointment for servicing of our new Chevy Equinox. The sign up was easy to understand. It popped up that we had a recall on a part, so I added it to the list. It told us the recall part was in stock. Rodney our service manager got everything done in less time, about an hour less than originally quoted! More

They were very knowledgeable, patient and make sure we got the best car that fit our needs and budget. I'm confident we got a great deal on the car. Chris in the finance department did a fantastic job walking us through the documents and made sure we understood them.
