After meeting and working with other salesmen at other dealerships. Zach was a pleasure to meet and have him show us a couple of trucks. We walked the lots, found a couple of trucks we were interested in , upon leaving the lots, the showroom door was open . We took a chance and walked in and Zach was there working with another couple. He was very open to discuss what we had in mind, (even though the dealership was not open for business). He took plenty of time with us on that Sunday, we returned on the following Monday and decided on the truck . The financing and finalizing of taking ownership went smoothly enough and Zach was there along the whole time answering any questions we had. When all was complete he took even more time with us explaining all the in and outs of the truck. Thank you for that Zack. Meeting you was a pleasure. I am giving Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall a poor rating because of the quality of service we received. We had made a deal for a new Jeep Wrangler and when we returned (less than 12 hours later) with the m because of the quality of service we received. We had made a deal for a new Jeep Wrangler and when we returned (less than 12 hours later) with the money Shawn Moore would not honor the agreement. He had several excuses but essentially blamed the Sales Consultant, Chad Fout for not closing the deal the night before. As customers, we did what we had agreed to and expected Jeff Wyler to do what they agreed to. However, we were very disapointed when we drove over an hour to learn we were going to have to pay more for the vehicle if we wanted to purchase it. More

Excellent experience. Gary Bryant bent over backwards in not leaving any ends untied. I had some sap that needed removed from the exterior and a plastic trim that needed refinished.
