I was planning on a new car search and anticipated I would be a couple of days searching and would have to go to a number of dealers before I would be sastified. We looked at the Escalade and my fiancee said she had read on the internet that one of the short comings of the Escalade was the door post getting in the way of your vision when looking back to change lanes, she also stated she didn't want a red,black,or white car, I watched Jake and he took this information in stride, no arguments no trying to convince us to take one of the cars. Then Jake suggested we look at the Traverse, he went into the dealership to get a set of keys so that we could drive a blue Traverse, while he was inside, sales Manager Keith came outside and told us how much he appreciated us stopping at Jeff Wylers to look for a car, which I thought was unusual but greatly appreciated. Jake came back, we drove the car and then asked Jake to work up a deal taking in our old car in trade. He and Keith came back a while later and presented a deal which was way over what I expected to spend on a new car, I told Keith we were too far apart and figured it was time to get up and leave, Keith asked what I expected and told me to hold on while he sharpened his pencil and tried again, after a little give and take on both our parts we were able to finalize a deal even tho I paid somewhat more than I really wanted to. But Jake and Keith both worked extremely hard to make a deal and get us into a new car even tho it wasn't a 4 wheel drive like I started out wanting and about $2,000.00 mor than I wanted to pay. We were there from 9AM and drove away in our new car at 2:30PM. All in all a decent experience purchasing a new car. Thanks to both, Robert Spreen More

Gene was great to work with. He wasn't pushy about selling me a car and when I had to leave on my first visit he was very understanding. I recently purchased a 2014 diesel Chevy Cruze and I love it. Prior to this car I had a 2011 Chevy Cruze (also bought at Jeff Wyler) which I also loved, but I was ready for something new. Troy was very helpful in finding me what I wanted and mentioned to me multiple times "I don't want to sell you something that you are not going to love." He was successful in finding me something that I do love to drive while keeping the monthly payment close to what I was already paying. I drive a lot of miles and I know that a diesel car what the right choice for me.
