My wife and I stopped into Jeff Wyler Eastgate looking for a Chevy Camaro. We were greeted and welcomed by Franco. I needed to my oil changed, tube and filters done along with it was time for my tire rotation as well. I called made my appointment with no problems showed up gave my car to Jeff Anna and he had it done it with it was time for my tire rotation as well. I also spoke to him about the sound my engine was making and said I thought it was due to my oil needing changed at 6667 miles but he said it should not have caused a change in the sound. He advised me to drive my car a few days after the oil is done and if it continued to sound different to call him an he would have someone look at it. Also, the price was great because my first oil change was free I paid for my tire rotation which was a good price as well. Yes, I will continue to have my car serviced at Jeff Wyler Service department they were polite and quick. Thank You More

For about 12 months I have been looking at another car for my wife and in the last four months efforts have been concentrated at the Jeff Wyler Chevrolet Dealership. Samir Abuyaghi became the pivot man i for my wife and in the last four months efforts have been concentrated at the Jeff Wyler Chevrolet Dealership. Samir Abuyaghi became the pivot man in sales as the saga continued. Tim Sprauldin is a known friend and he knew I had been bringing my wife to visit. Samir knew I set a date day with my wife on 10-21-2013 to get a car. He and I had a plan. The plan was almost foiled but, destiny prevailed and we drove away with a new, 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, White Pearl Tri-coat. The obstacle was getting my wife to let go of her 2002 Ford Mustang GT convertible. Samir's patience in waiting for the right moment in time and his diligence to stay beyond his work day schedule to closing was commendable. My wife was deciding between two colors setting on the lot. It became so apparent that the others sales personnel were betting on which one she would choose. It was hilarious and my wife walked away EXTREMELY satisfied. Tim and Victor were extremely helpful in making sure we received the best for the Mustang, Rebates and Rates. The closing with Victor was fast and courteous. Samir's patience and perseverance with my dear wife in making final decision with ZERO pressure was amazing. Does this mean everything is always perfect here, no, nothing is always perfect. The difference is the effort and honesty that is pursued by the dealership to make it perfect. For us, Great job. More

For me to get financed is a miracle in and of itself. I went into the dealership needing an economical, fuel efficient vehicle. I was able to look at over 10 different makes and models and do a side by side comparison. Over the course of 3 visits and multipl efficient vehicle. I was able to look at over 10 different makes and models and do a side by side comparison. Over the course of 3 visits and multiple test drives, the entire staff was patient and friendly as we narrowed the list down. Never once did they get pushy or impatient. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the different vehicle and answered our questions without trying to "sell" us on any one model. I left last night 10/31 with a brand new Chevy Malibu and could not have been more impressed with the entire buying experience. More
