I took my MazdaSpeed3 in for an oil change and wound up trading it in for a CX-5. I loved my last two Mazda's and each trade-in they have given me full trade in value and other incentivies. When I found the car I wanted and purchased they scheduled me back in for a tow hitch and roof rack system. They provided me a loaner car during this time to accommodate me.
