My sales representative was Tyler Martin who was very knowledgeable about the Challenger mode Eastgate in Batavia, OH and it was a great experience. My sales representative was Tyler Martin who was very knowledgeable about the Challenger models and exhibited the same passion for muscle cars as I do. He was easy to talk to (no pressure to buy) and most importantly wound up giving me a great deal on my Challenger R/T. He saw how much I wanted it but knew the price that I was willing to pay and worked until we could make a deal. All and all a great experience with the entire dealership. Oh, and I love the car! More

We purchased a used vehicle from Gary Bryant on November 27, 2013. Gary was wonderful! He carefully listened to our needs, answered all our questions, searched his inventory and walked the lot until we fo 27, 2013. Gary was wonderful! Gary went out of his way to provide great customer service and that was very much appreciated! Back in August I brought my son, who had just returned from Basic Training and AIT for the U.S. Army, in to purchase a vehicle. Gary was awesome and my son left the lot very happy with his purchase, which he paid cash! Tim Holbrook did a very nice job with assisting with the negotiations of price. Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the final payment my daughter will have to pay on a monthly basis, Tim did the best he could and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, I was not as impressed with the amount of time we had to wait in order to sit down with the financial person, Jeremy. Where Jeremy was very courteous once we finally were face to face with him, the fact that we had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes to actually sit down with him did not make me very happy at all. I did take into consideration it was the night before Thanksgiving, and was made aware that Jeremy was the only financial person in at that time, but what irritated me the most was he had someone in his office already and there was one other couple in front of us to be seen, when all of a sudden a couple walked in saying they drove all the way from Indiana for a re-sign. This couple did not take into consideration that there were people in front of them, which is not Jeremy's fault, but when Jeremy went ahead and took care of them before me and also the other couple who was ahead of me, I felt it was completely unprofessional and rude. I had been at the dealership since 12:00 pm and by the time I walked out of Jeremy's office it was after 8:00 pm...that made for a very long day! The only reason I will consider coming back to Jeff Wyler for any future purchases, new or used, is if Gary Bryant is there to assist me. More
