I had plan on buying a new or used car, so I had anticipated going to a bunch of dealers within a couple of days to search because I had a truck that I needed to trade -in. So my girlfriend and I pulled into Jeff Wyler Eastgate Mazda and while backing into a parking space we saw Larry outside whom later walked up to us and asked if he could help. I explained to him that I was looking for a mazda3 and that I wanted to trade-in the truck we had. And the rest was history. To my surprise I truly did not expect my purchase/trade-in would go so smooth, as I had anticipated going to a bunch of dealers. However, Jeff Wyler Eastgate was the third and I had a deal. So after looking around on a couple of Mazda, Larry went inside and get a set of keys so that we could test drive the black mazda3. So my girlfriend drove the car and so we asked Larry to work his magic and get us deal taking in my truck as a trade-in. He came back a while later and presented a deal which was a bit lower than what I wanted. However, I told him how much I was looking to get and if he could do a little better. So Larry went back to his sales manager and reshuffled the figures a bit. After a little give and take on both sides of the fence we were able to finalize a deal even though I paid a little bit more than I had intended to. But Larry and his finance manager worked extremely hard to make a deal and get me into a new car. In the end we drove away in a new car at about 8:30PM. On Nov 9th 2013 I visited Wyler Eastgate Dodge. I met and dealt with Steve McCoy. Steve was very helpful and showed me every Dart I asked about. I had my 2005 Jeep Liberty apraised considering trade in after evaluation the 4 wheel drive selctor sensor went bad indicating it was in 4 wheel drive high when it was in 2 wheel drive . When I brought my v after evaluation the 4 wheel drive selctor sensor went bad indicating it was in 4 wheel drive high when it was in 2 wheel drive . When I brought my vehicle in there was no issue upon contacting manager Craig the next day he had my vehicle repaired at no charge. We met Doug Young and explained that due to issues several years ago our credit was less than stellar. Doug took all of our information, asked what kind of vehicle we were looking for (small SUV), and how much we wanted to pay monthly (not too much). He went away, came back a few minutes later with a key to a vehicle and said, "you're going to buy this!" with a huge smile. We went out to the lot and a KIA Sportage was waiting for us. We got in, drove it, and bought it! It was exactly what we wanted, even though we hadn't thought of a KIA, was very low mileage and the price was perfect (Googled blue book value while we were there). Everyone at Wyler was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'm hard core where customer service is involved and I can tell you that the service we received from everyone we came into contact with was EXCELLENT.
