This was the first time I had purchased a vehicle in approximately 15 years.....The team of Robbie Ellegood and Tim Donnellon was a perfect match for me. It all started when I saw the Kia Forte Ex I approximately 15 years.....The team of Robbie Ellegood and Tim Donnellon was a perfect match for me. It all started when I saw the Kia Forte Ex I wanted on-line, but it was at another Wyler Dealership, North of Cincinnati....I called and spoke with Tim and he immediately started the process of bringing the vehicle I was interested in down to Eastgate for me to test drive and look over. The vehicle arrived around 7:45pm and the dealership closes at 9pm.....but Tim told me to come on in if I wanted to do so.....so I did and he introduced me to Robbie Ellegood, salesman for Wyler Eastgate Kia. Robbie was great / informational / friendly and had a great attitude even though it was so late in the evening. The long story short....I loved the test drive and price......Robbie and Tim worked on the "numbers" and financing for me and we settled on a great deal. Everything went smooth and Robbie and Tim along with Robin in Finance stayed late to finish the "deal" and have me driving home in my new 2013 Forte EX that evening (almost 11pm). I also want to thank those employees behind the scenes in prepping my new vehicle / getting it ready for me to take home......great job !!! Dealer negotiated a fair price given vehicle history, year, mileage and competition. Used auto (Element) required some minor body touch up for hood nicks etc and sales associate along with GM agreed to year, mileage and competition. This decision was appreciated. Sales employee (Franco Trovato) was very professional and pleasant ... did not push and was responsive during the deal and post deal. Robert did a great job. My wife and I are both young and do not have established credit. We were in need of a car after she wrecked hers the week before. My husband and I were very pleased with Steve's service and especially the friendliness that he showed.
