He was well informed about the vehicle as we went for a test ride. He also took care of preliminary paperwork that saved time on our part later. We were most impressed when we told him that we were looking for a vehicle that would allow me to retire in about six years and he came back telling us more about the new Chrysler lifetime warranty and this was like a major relief for us knowing about this warranty. We knew right then we wanted to try to make everything work and it did and within our budget. He has also offered that if we have any questions or concerns about the vehicle, we can call, email or stop in to see him. This is very personal in my book and appreciated.
