My 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually was involved in an accident. I brought it in to Jeff Wyler for an estimate. I was greeted by Scott Conatser. After going over the needs of the truck I was given an o accident. I brought it in to Jeff Wyler for an estimate. I was greeted by Scott Conatser. After going over the needs of the truck I was given an on the spot estimate. I then gave the estimate to my insurance people, whom agreed to Scott's estimate. I re-contacted Scott who the ordered the parts and scheduled the truck in for repairs. Scott worked with me so that I could drop it off on my schedule. He then called me when the work was completed, which it was done and completed on time. His estimate was accurate and no further charges were necessary. Thanks again! John O More

I have been bringing my 2011 Cruze to Jeff Wyler for service since I purchased it in April of 2011. I have always been treated kindly and with respect and I have always been pleased with the service I service since I purchased it in April of 2011. I have always been treated kindly and with respect and I have always been pleased with the service I have received. The reason I came this time was that I had a symbol light come up on the dash. I was told it had to do with the air intake and exhaust. They had to order the part and I would be notified when it came in and so that is why I was having service done to the car to replace the part causing the problem which was still under warranty. And everything is good now. More

Mr. Anna went out of his way to accommodate me in a very difficult situation. I had a really hard time getting through to a human at the service center, but when I finally did, he couldn't have been more h difficult situation. My almost new car had a very serious issue and had to be towed to the service center. I was on my way to a funeral when this problem occurred, so I was quite upset. Mr. Anna was very reassuring (my car was not a lemon and these things happen), but he also had a loaner car ready for me when I arrived in the tow truck. He is definitely to be commended for his compassion and his service. The car repair was completed in one day and pick up was a breeze. Thank you, Mr. Anna! More

I purchased a 2013 Kia Forte last November from Jeff Wyler. My salesman, Brent Myer, was wonderful and followed up with me a few times to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I was so pleased that I sent my sister to Brent to purchase her new Kia Rio. Sine my purchase, my vehicle was involved in an accident and spent a month in Jeff Wyler's body shop. Everybody involved was easy to work with and patiently listened and assured me of my concerns. I have taken my car twice now for an oil change and Jeff Wyler and have been very pleased with the service. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone looking to purchase or service a vehicle. More
