My 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually was involved in an accident. I brought it in to Jeff Wyler for an estimate. I was greeted by Scott Conatser. After going over the needs of the truck I was given an o accident. I brought it in to Jeff Wyler for an estimate. I was greeted by Scott Conatser. After going over the needs of the truck I was given an on the spot estimate. I then gave the estimate to my insurance people, whom agreed to Scott's estimate. I re-contacted Scott who the ordered the parts and scheduled the truck in for repairs. Scott worked with me so that I could drop it off on my schedule. He then called me when the work was completed, which it was done and completed on time. His estimate was accurate and no further charges were necessary. Thanks again! John O More

I have been bringing my 2011 Cruze to Jeff Wyler for service since I purchased it in April of 2011. I have always been treated kindly and with respect and I have always been pleased with the service I service since I purchased it in April of 2011. I was told it had to do with the air intake and exhaust. They had to order the part and I would be notified when it came in and so that is why I was having service done to the car to replace the part causing the problem which was still under warranty. Mr. Anna went out of his way to accommodate me in a very difficult situation. I had a really hard time getting through to a human at the service center, but when I finally did, he couldn't have been more h difficult situation.
